Volunteer registration for the 2026 Tarrant County Back to School Roundup is now open! We are currently accepting volunteer applications for this year’s event on August 7, 2026.
The Tarrant County Back to School Roundup relies on volunteers to help make the event possible. Each year, more than 300 volunteers assist with distributing school supplies, welcoming families, directing attendees, and supporting event operations.
To help ensure a safe and successful event for all attendees, volunteers are required to complete an application, pass a background check, and attend volunteer training prior to the event.
Volunteers will be contacted by the end of July with volunteer assignments, training information, and event day details.
