The Back to School Roundup is an all-volunteer organization (AVO) which means that we do not have paid managers. This means that it is often hard to distinguish what the Board does and what the organization does. In other words, you will wear two hats – one of a Board member and one as a volunteer.
Board Structure
The Board of Directors is made up of four officers, thirteen directors-at-large and at least five honorary directors. Officers include the President, the Vice President, the Secretary and Treasurer. Officers are elected to serve a term of one year and may serve two consecutive years in the same office.
