The Roundup would not take place year after year if it weren’t for our sponsors and community partners. These relationships have enable us to reach the students of Tarrant County for almost twenty years.
The Roundup receives attention from various media outlets in Tarrant County. Each year members of the Board of Directors are interviewed by local newspapers, television and radio stations. The day of the event local television and radio stations can be found mingling with and interviewing attendees.

Sponsorships
Most charitable nonprofits rely upon the generosity of donors for some or all of their funding, and the Roundup is no different. Each year, we call upon our board members, individuals, foundations, and corporate sponsors to donate. Without these donations, we would not be able to hold our event.
We view our donors as partners, because of this we offer different level sponsor packages each year to help promote and thank our partners.
For organizations interested in having a brand presence including logo recognition with the fair, setting up a premier customized booth onsite or creating a special employee volunteer experience, there are various opportunities available.
Companies, community organizations, government agencies and others are encouraged to promote their organization by sponsoring an exhibitor booth at Roundup. As an exhibitor, your organization will have the opportunity to display branded materials in an energetic and engaging environment while tailoring your message to the thousands of families attending the Roundup. Donate
We also welcome in-kind donations for community members as well. A donation of just $50 provides a student with school supplies, immunizations, dental screening, health and vision screenings, free haircut and much more.
